We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) and will usually dispatch the same day if orders are received before 14:00 UK local time.
We will always let you know by email if there is going to be a delay of more than three days.

We offer a 1st Class Royal Mail postage on all orders to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. We cannot offer any specific delivery time guarantees with this service.
For an additional cost, if you place your order before 14:00 UK local time, we can send your order by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® service, to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. Where Royal Mail guarantee to deliver your item before 13:00 the next working day (Monday - Friday). Royal Mail are so confident of the service offered that they’ll refund the delivery costs if the parcel is not delivered on time.
However, there are certain delivery restrictions in particular areas:Royal Mail can’t guarantee delivery by 9am to the following postcode areas:

Please note, any fees charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the delivery address you provide at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a delivery charge will be applied to resend your order.
Please take care when entering your details, as once your order has been processed we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
We take great pride in the quality of Olive Tree Cards® products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Olive Tree Cards® are so good that you will not want to return it!
However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with any of our products you may return them within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Please note that the refund covers the cost of the products only and will not include delivery charges. If an item is returned from an order where a discount has been applied, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refund.
Please send us a notice of your return by emailing email@example.com with your name, address and order number, to obtain a Returns Code. Upon receipt of your Returns Code, please include the Returns Code provided along with the goods and return them to:

However please note we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and, if possible, the same day. After dispatch you may still cancel your order but you will need to return the goods as described above for a full refund.
