Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and usually on the same day when an order is received before 2pm UK time. We will email you if we expect a delay of more than three days.

The delivery services and prices available for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin when your order is dispatched and are not guaranteed unless the selected postal service expressly provides a guarantee.

It matters to us that your cards arrive in perfect condition. If there is a problem with a delivery, email hello@olivetreecards.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please check the delivery address carefully. Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to change it. If an order is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, an additional delivery charge may apply before it can be sent again.

International orders

Where international delivery is available, the options and charges are shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and import fees charged in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & refunds

We take great pride in the quality of Olive Tree Cards® products and want you to be completely satisfied. You may return products within 14 days for a refund or replacement.

Email hello@olivetreecards.com with your name, address and order number before returning anything. We will provide a returns code and instructions. Unless an item is faulty, the refund covers the returned products and does not include delivery charges. Where a discount was applied, the corresponding discount will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

You may ask to cancel an order before dispatch by emailing hello@olivetreecards.com with your name, address and order number. Because we dispatch quickly, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already left us, it will need to be returned using the process above.
