Olive Tree Cards® is a trading name of A. S. Wood Limited. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference ZA197416 and handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, email address, order details and correspondence with us.
How we use your information
We use this information to process and deliver orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records and meet our legal obligations. We retain it only for as long as it is reasonably required for those purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the shop, take payment or deliver an order, or where the law requires us to do so.
Payments and security
Card payments are processed securely by Square. Olive Tree Cards does not store your full card number or card security code. Square processes payment information under its own privacy notice and security standards.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email hello@olivetreecards.com. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change.
