Ordering & payment
You can pay securely by debit or credit card through Square. Please ensure that the details you provide are complete and correct. Payment is subject to validation and authorisation by Square and your card issuer. We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery where payment is refused or cannot be authorised.
An order is accepted when we confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable items.
Delivery, returns & refunds
We deliver according to the option selected at checkout. Full information about dispatch, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds is set out in our Delivery & returns policy.
Products & pricing
We take care to keep product descriptions, availability and prices accurate. If we discover an error, we may correct it and will contact you where it affects an order. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
Discount codes
Discount codes must be applied before payment and cannot normally be added retrospectively. A minimum spend excludes delivery unless stated otherwise. When a discounted item is returned, the relevant discount is reflected in the refund.
Intellectual property
Website copy, card designs, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, product names and software are owned by or licensed to A. S. Wood Limited and are protected by intellectual-property law. They may not be reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
